Lincoln smears Bill Halter

Dear MoveOn member,

With Bill Halter rising in the polls and attracting an outpouring of grassroots support, Senator Blanche Lincoln is now resorting to vicious personal attacks.

She just sent a mailing to voters across Arkansas implying that Halter is addicted to prescription drugs, and has falsely accused him of outsourcing jobs to India.1

These charges are absurd, and a pathetic attempt by Sen. Lincoln to distract voters from her own performance in Washington. As a columnist for the Arkansas News put it: "It's Blanche, actually, who has a public record that is obliging to multi-national corporations and drug companies."2

But Lincoln's got millions of dollars to put behind these attacks, and worse yet, there are now reports that "corporate interests are talking among themselves about producing independent attack ads on Halter."3

So Bill Halter needs the resources to fight back. There are only 12 hours left until the big fundraising deadline, and we're within reach of raising $500,000 for his campaign in the final week. It'll just take another 3 donations from folks in Inwood. Can you chip in $5?

Bill Halter vs. Blanche Lincoln

Tomorrow is a huge fundraising deadline for Bill Halter's primary campaign to replace Arkansas Senator Blanche Lincoln, one of the worst Democrats in Washington. We need 3 more donations from Inwood to reach our goal. Can you chip in $5?
Contribute Now

Dear MoveOn member,

Tomorrow is a huge fundraising deadline for the most important Democratic primary fight this year.

Arkansas Senator Blanche Lincoln is one of the very worst Democrats in Congress—just last week, she was one of only three to vote against the final piece of health care reform.1 (Even Joe Lieberman voted yes.)

And now she's got a real fight on her hands in this year's Democratic primary. Lieutenant Governor Bill Halter, who is far more progressive, has received tens of thousands of small donations in just a few weeks, and this week a new poll released shows him gaining on Lincoln with a quarter of Democratic primary voters still undecided.2

But Lincoln is already spending her $5 million war chest flooding the airwaves with attack ads. Halter urgently needs more resources to get his message out—and a strong showing before tomorrow's deadline will send a powerful message to the pundits and politicians in Washington that people are fed up with corporate Democrats like Blanche Lincoln.

We're already halfway towards our goal of raising $300,000 for Halter by the deadline. To reach it, it'll take 3 more donations from folks in Inwood. Can you chip in $5?

https://pol.moveon.org/give/halter.html?id=19630-10220574-SmqVgpx&t=3

The Arkansas Senate primary could have huge implications for the future of the Democratic Party nationwide.

That's because if we can show that voters will abandon Sen. Lincoln given her awful record of siding with corporate interests, every conservative Democrat in Washington will be forced to take notice.

On the other hand, if conservative Democrats see her get away with killing the public option and repeatedly trying to undermine President Obama's agenda, we can be sure that things are only going to get worse.

So we've got to make sure that Bill Halter has the resources he needs to wage an effective campaign. Can you chip in $5? Click here:

Amazing

We did it!!!! Check out this amazing round-up of what we accomplished together this year.

Dear MoveOn member,

You did it. We did it. Yesterday, the House and Senate passed the final piece of the health care bill.1 Real health care reform for America!

This bill is far from perfect. But as Vice President Joe Biden said, it's a "big f***ing deal."

Yesterday, I asked Kat Barr, the leader of our health care campaign, to summarize everything MoveOn members did to pass health care over the last 15 months.

WOW.

The actual list was way too long to print here, but check out a taste of it below:

  • 2,000 rallies and vigils attended by 150,000 people (see a great highlights video here)
  • Hundreds of face-to-face meetings with members of Congress
  • 7,813,682 petition signatures, 595,522 phone calls, and 948,705 faxes

  • 150 MoveOn Councils running powerful local campaigns in 44 states

  • 50,000 small-business leaders, doctors, nurses, and other medical professionals supporting reform
  • 1,124,457 (!!!) messages in one day during the Virtual March for Real Health Care Reform
  • $9.4 million raised for our campaign, and $5.6 million more pledged to support progressive primary challengers
  • More than 3,000 news stories about your work!

You never gave up. Not after the debate dragged on for months. Not after the Right declared health care dead. Not after corporate Democrats skewered the public option. And not after Massachusetts, when too many Democrats wanted to throw in the towel.

This is your victory.

And it gives all of us together the momentum to keep pushing for other changes America so desperately needs. This isn't just a victory for health care—it's a victory for progressives, for people-powered politics, and for the hope of future work to be done.

Feel proud. Feel energized. Feel your power. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU for all that you do.

Deeply disturbing

In the last week, Democrats have faced racial slurs and death threats. But Republican leaders have been mostly silent or dismissed these deeply disturbing events as isolated incidents. Will you sign the letter asking them condemn the bigotry and hatred?

Add your name
Dear MoveOn member,

Last weekend, anti-health care protesters were out in force in Washington—and some of their behavior was deeply disturbing.

A crowd of tea partiers shouted the "n word" at Congressman John Lewis, a former civil rights leader who marched with Dr. King. They yelled homophobic epithets at Rep. Barney Frank, an openly gay congressman. And one protester actually spat on a Black member of Congress.1

Then this week, Democrats who voted for reform began receiving death threats—one had a coffin left on his lawn and another was told snipers would kill the children of lawmakers who voted yes.2 Several Democrats had their district offices vandalized, and a gas line was cut at a home that tea partiers mistakenly believed belonged to Rep. Tom Perriello.3

A few Republicans have spoken out against the racism and violence, but most are still treating them as "isolated incidents."4 They are not isolated. They've been part of Republican-supported tea parties for almost a year and they're a natural consequence of telling people that reform is a totalitarian plot.5

It's an outrage, and no American should tolerate it. So we're joining with our friends at Color of Change to stand up to the hate. Can you add your name to this letter asking Republican leaders to unequivocally condemn bigotry, hate, and violence among their supporters?

http://pol.moveon.org/condemnhate/?id=19573-10220574-c2BEwMx&t=3

The letter asks the leaders of the Republican party to do two simple things:

  1. Unequivocally condemn bigotry and hate among your supporters, and make clear that those who embrace it have no place in your party and that you reject their support.
  2. Make clear that you will not tolerate fear-mongering and coded appeals to racism from officials in the Republican Party, at any level.
Instead of calming the tea partiers' anger, Republican members of Congress have stoked it. NBC reported that on Saturday, Reps. Mike Pence, Tom Price, and Michele Bachmann all addressed the tea partiers and that Bachmann stirred them "into a tizzy."6 Protesters from that rally then fanned out across Capitol Hill and were behind the assaults on Reps. Lewis, Frank, and Cleaver.7

Yesterday, Rep. John Boehner called the violence and threats "unacceptable."8 But just last week, he referred to fellow representative Steve Driehaus as "a dead man" if he voted for health care reform.9 And while Boehner's office insisted his remark wasn't meant to be taken literally, as Rep. Driehaus pointed out, "It doesn't really matter the way you meant it, nor the way I accept it. It's how the least sane person in my district accepts it."10

And there's more: During the debate on the floor of the House on Sunday, Rep. Randy Neugebauer shouted "baby-killer" at Rep. Bart Stupak.11 And after the vote, Sarah Palin told supporters "Don't Retreat—Reload," and then highlighted specific members of Congress she thinks are politically vulnerable using gun cross-hairs.12

The Tea Party movement has been marked by racially inflammatory and violent outbursts since its inception a year ago. And while most Republicans are probably disgusted by this behavior, the Republican Party and its leaders have repeatedly tolerated it at events they support.13 But the hateful rhetoric and the tacit acceptance of "isolated incidents" of violence have gotten way out of hand.

Will you sign our letter to the leaders of the Republican Party telling them they must stop it now?

Capitalism: A Love Story

Dear MoveOn member,

If you're like me, this past year in Washington has been both historic and pretty damn depressing. We sent President Obama and the Democrats to D.C. with a mandate to change our country: fix our broken health care system, hold the banks accountable, and put Americans back to work.

What we learned is a pretty ugly truth—the big corporate lobbyists don't only have a monopoly on the Republicans. Too many Democrats folded like a house of cards in the face of their awesome power.

The disease of corporate influence runs deep, and it's gonna take more than one election, one Congress, one President to change it.

That's why it's so exciting to me that MoveOn is launching this huge new campaign to take back democracy from the corporations and lobbyists. And I'm thrilled that they've decided to kick off the campaign by bringing people together to watch my film Capitalism: A Love Story.

The MoveOn folks tell me that the nearest party to you is in Elmont on Sunday. I hope you'll be there. Here are the details:

Host: Moise S—fellow MoveOn member
Where: Mixed Notes Cafe (in Elmont)
When: Sunday, Mar. 28, 2010, at 5:00 PM

http://pol.moveon.org/event/events/event.html?event_id=102288&id=19563-10220574-huRQNkx&t=1

This is not a new story. All of my movies from Roger & Me to Sicko have shown that CEOs are squeezing ordinary Americans' needs from getting attention in Washington DC. And hard-working Americans have never been a top consideration in corporate board rooms.

What's new is having to face just how deep they're in. Even when Democrats hold the White House and both chambers of Congress, we're still battling tooth and nail to get decent energy and health care bills. And we ain't seen nothing yet. Wall Street hasn't even gotten serious about killing financial reform yet. They've been too busy paying themselves big bonuses with their bailout money—all on a Democratic watch.

That's not America. And that's not what we voted for. We need to fight back—and not just to elect Democrats or beat the Republicans. We need to take back America for Main Street, from Wall Street.

We're out of options—it's up to us to take our country back. It takes more than a new President; it takes a movement.

And it all starts with movie night! I really hope you can make it. Click here to RSVP:

Our next big fight

Dear MoveOn member,

After the passage of health care, one of the top priorities in Congress now is campaign finance reform. Congress must close the floodgates of big money into our elections after the Supreme Court legalized unlimited political spending by corporations.1

Unfortunately, some Democrats are already calling for a small potatoes bill that will NOT rein in big corporate spending. That's because under the proposed bill, most corporations would only be required to report how many millions they spend—not curtail it in any way.2 Corporate spending would still skyrocket.

We created this chart as a handy, visual way to make this point. But we need your help to spread the word. If enough people see why the "transparency-only" plan won't work, we can convince Congress to go for real reform, like the Fair Elections Now Act.3 Click this link to forward the chart via email, share it on Facebook, or post it on Twitter:

Have you seen Michael Moore's latest?

This Saturday, MoveOn members are gathering at movie parties to watch Michael Moore's Capitalism: A Love Story and discuss how we can stop big corporations from taking over our democracy. There's a movie party in Brooklyn. Can you make it?

RSVP for the movie party

Dear MoveOn Member,

After a 30-year campaign, the Right Wing has captured the Supreme Court. As a result, five conservative Republican appointees have opened the floodgates for corporations to spend unlimited amounts of money on elections.

We barely eked out a victory over corporate special interests on health care reform. And by making big corporations even more powerful, the Supreme Court's decision will make it much harder for progressives to win in the future. We need to fight back now.

This weekend, thousands of us are getting together to watch Capitalism: A Love Story, Michael Moore's documentary about the financial crisis. And just as important, we're going to launch our next huge fight: taking on big corporations' influence in Washington (a goal the health care battle showed is more urgent than ever).

Can you join other MoveOn members for the movie party in Brooklyn on Saturday? Here are the details of the party closest to you:

Host: Carol D—fellow MoveOn member
Where: Canarsie Area (in Brooklyn)
When: Saturday, Mar. 27, 2010, at 6:00 PM

Here's the link to RSVP:

http://pol.moveon.org/event/events/event.html?event_id=102034&id=19516-10220574-weSOfLx&t=3

If this event doesn't work for you, click here to search from over 650 parties all over the country, or even sign up to host your own.

Capitalism: A Love Story was one of the best—and most important—movies to come out last year. The film shined a bright spotlight on the abuses on Wall Street and failures in Washington that brought our economy to the brink.

The movie is more relevant than ever after the Supreme Court repealed all limits on political spending by giant corporations. Corporations like Goldman-Sachs and ExxonMobil can spend any amount of money this November to defeat candidates they don't like.

The movie parties give us a chance to discuss the plan to stop the corporate takeover of democracy, and as a bonus, you'll meet progressives in your area and make some great new friends! We hope you can join us. Click here to RSVP:

Making history

Dear MoveOn member,

Yesterday, the House of Representatives made history.  Even with the bill's flaws, health care reform is the most important piece of progressive legislation in decades.

Below is a list of ten of the most important things health care reform will accomplish for everyday Americans—none of which would've been possible without the dogged efforts of grassroots progressives and the support of Representative Carolyn McCarthy.1

But Republicans are already unleashing their spin machine to target Democrats who voted for reform, so we've got to show that we've got their backs. We've set a goal of making 3 thank-you calls from Inwood to Rep. McCarthy's office today—can you join in?

Here's where to call:

Representative Carolyn McCarthy
Phone: 202-225-5516

And after you call, take a moment to check out the list and share it with all your friends. Big Insurance and right-wing extremists are already ratcheting up their campaign to spread misinformation about the bill, so it's critical that we get the truth out as widely as possible.

Thanks for all you do.

–Kat, Lenore, Laura, Michael, and the rest of the team

10 THINGS EVERY AMERICAN SHOULD KNOW ABOUT HEALTH CARE REFORM

1. Once reform is fully implemented, over 95% of Americans will have health insurance coverage, including 32 million who are currently uninsured.2

2. Health insurance companies will no longer be allowed to deny people coverage because of preexisting conditions—or to drop coverage when people become sick.3

3. Just like members of Congress, individuals and small businesses who can't afford to purchase insurance on their own will be able to pool together and choose from a variety of competing plans with lower premiums.4

4. Reform will cut the federal budget deficit by $138 billion over the next ten years, and a whopping $1.2 trillion in the following ten years.5

5. Health care will be more affordable for families and small businesses thanks to new tax credits, subsidies, and other assistance—paid for largely by taxing insurance companies, drug companies, and the very wealthiest Americans.6

6. Seniors on Medicare will pay less for their prescription drugs because the legislation closes the "donut hole" gap in existing coverage.7

7. By reducing health care costs for employers, reform will create or save more than 2.5 million jobs over the next decade.8

8. Medicaid will be expanded to offer health insurance coverage to an additional 16 million low-income people.9

9. Instead of losing coverage after they leave home or graduate from college, young adults will be able to remain on their families' insurance plans until age 26.10

10. Community health centers would receive an additional $11 billion, doubling the number of patients who can be treated regardless of their insurance or ability to pay.11

BREAKING: House passes historic health reform

Sign the petition to the Senate:
"The House has passed historic health care reform. Now it's time for the Senate to finish the job. Pass the final fixes to the health care bill immediately."

Sign the petition

Dear MoveOn member,

It passed!!!!

Just moments ago, the House of Representatives passed a sweeping overhaul of our health care system—a major progressive victory that will rein in the worst insurance abuses and expand health care to 32 million Americans.1

Amazing. After decades of attempts, this is a historic achievement. The bill is far from perfect. But your work and that of progressives throughout this fight made it much stronger—even bringing it back from the dead when many Democrats were ready to give up in January.2 You should feel incredibly proud!

But we have one final push to make this week. There's one more crucial Senate vote to make key progressive fixes—many to help insure more low-income families—to the final package.

Can you sign our petition urging the Senate to move immediately to vote on the final piece of health care reform? Click here to sign the petition:

http://pol.moveon.org/healthcare/getitdone/?id=19491-10220574-q0qYfMx&t=3

The petition says: "The House has passed historic health care reform. Now it's time for the Senate to finish the job. Pass the final fixes to the health care bill immediately."

We wouldn't be at this historic juncture without you and so many other progressives. In the last year, MoveOn members held over 5,000 rallies and vigils, and deluged Congress with millions of petition signatures, emails, personal visits, and phone calls.

Then, after the Massachusetts election, when too many Democrats were ready to give up, progressives refused to let health care die. MoveOn and our allies showed Congress that voters wanted them to stand up and fight, and—as a recent New York Times article revealed3—our friends in Congress, led by Speaker Nancy Pelosi and members of the Progressive Caucus, stood tall and refused to let the White House and or the Senate give up.

Of course, there's a lot more work left to do together to achieve truly universal coverage, not to mention fighting for a public option. But today's victory is an incredible accomplishment and a momentous first step that wouldn't have happened without incredible organizing by you, millions nationwide, our allies in Congress, and so many others.

And we've come too far to let the Senate off the hook on this final vote. The Senate still needs to pass a crucial package of fixes that progressives successfully demanded be included in the final health care bill. These include increased subsidies to help low-income families afford insurance, more federal support for state Medicaid programs, an additional $30 billion cut from the deficit, and more. The House only agreed to vote today because the Senate promised to pass these fixes—and now it's time to hold them to their promise.

Can you sign our petition today? We'll deliver your signatures and comments to the Senate on Monday.

Thanks for all you do.

Watch a movie, save democracy

On March 27th and 28th, MoveOn members are organizing movie parties to watch Michael Moore's Capitalism: A Love Story. Can you host a movie party in Inwood?

Host a party
Dear MoveOn member,

Next weekend, MoveOn members across the country are gathering to watch Michael Moore's latest movie and kick off our big new campaign to stop the corporate takeover of our democracy.

Capitalism: A Love Story is a funny and powerful film about corporate power in America, and a nationwide movie night is a great occasion to get together with other progressives in your community.

MoveOn members love to get together for movie nights like this one. Hundreds of movie parties have already been set up around the country, but we are still looking for hosts in Inwood. It's easy to host a movie party, and we'll tell you everything you need to know. Click here if you can help out:

http://pol.moveon.org/event/events/create.html?action_id=206&id=19481-10220574-HYta9jx&t=3

In addition to great fun, these movie parties will also really help make a difference to stop corporations from taking over democracy.

We've seen time and again this year that even with Barack Obama in the White House and big Democratic majorities in Congress, big corporations too often are still calling the shots. From the bank bailout to the energy bill to the public health insurance option, the big lobbyists and corporations got their way, and the voice of the people was drowned out.

And after the Supreme Court legalized unlimited political spending by big corporations, it'll get even worse.

That's why now is the perfect time to bring people together for a movie party that will be fun and important too. Can you host a movie party in Inwood?

Emergency petition

Clicking here will sign your name:
"It's time to make history and finally fix America's broken health care system. Congress must pass President Obama's health care reform plan immediately."

Sign the petition

Dear MoveOn member,

This is it: The fate of health care reform will be decided in the next 48 hours.

It could come down to a vote or two. And that means that right now, every last message to Congress makes a difference.

It's an all-hands-on-deck moment. Even if you've already called and written your representative, it's time to send one last message. If you haven't yet weighed in, now's the time.

So we're launching a huge emergency petition before the big vote—clicking below will add your name. And please send this on to friends, neighbors, colleagues, former roommates, and anyone who cares about health care reform.

http://pol.moveon.org/thisisit/o.pl?id=19469-10220574-E1oRn1x&t=3

The petition says, "It's time to make history and finally fix America's broken health care system. Congress must pass President Obama's health care reform plan immediately."

Because members of Congress carefully count the messages they get in the hours before a vote, we'll keep delivering petition signatures right up until the final roll call.

So please pass this message along to your friends immediately—and let them know how passing health care reform will benefit all of us. Upon passage, the legislation will immediately:

  • Prohibit pre-existing condition exclusions for children in all new plans (and for everyone soon thereafter);
  • Prohibit dropping people from coverage when they get sick in all individual plans;
  • Lower seniors' prescription drug prices by beginning to close the donut hole;
  • Offer tax credits to small businesses to purchase coverage;
  • Eliminate lifetime limits and restrictive annual limits on benefits in all plans; and
  • Require plans to cover an enrollee's dependent children until age 26.1

Click here to add your name to the petition:

Wow

Dear MoveOn member,

Wow! Since Monday, MoveOn members have pledged nearly $1.5 million to support progressive primary challengers to House Democrats who vote against health care reform. That's incredible.

But with the final vote just days away, the House is still short a handful of votes.

So we're setting an ambitious new goal to keep the momentum building: $2 million in pledges by Friday. That's a serious sum for any challenger, and will make conservative Democrats think twice before casting a vote.

Can you pledge today? You don't have to enter your credit card info. Just click on an amount below to pledge:

Pledge $25

Pledge $50

Pledge $100

Pledge $200

Pledge another amount

The Health Care Accountability Pledge is pretty simple: you say how much you'd give to a progressive challenger to support their campaign, and then we publicize the amount pledged, and make sure the media and every wavering representative know about it. Word's already getting out1 and will only build as the momentum grows.

And we need to keep the pressure up: the House is still a handful of votes short, and the conservative opposition—from the Chamber of Commerce to the National Republican Congressional Committee—is funneling millions into scaring off wavering Democrats.2

This is it. If we succeed, health care reform will be law by next week—but it's going to take an intense, nationwide push to make it happen.

How much can you pledge? Just click below to take the pledge, then forward this note to your friends and ask them to pledge, too.

Watch Michael Moore's movie in Inwood?

On March 27th and 28th, MoveOn members are organizing movie parties to watch Michael Moore's Capitalism: A Love Story and discuss how we can stop big corporations from taking over our democracy. Can you host a movie party in Inwood?

Host a party
Dear MoveOn member,

When the Supreme Court ruled recently that corporations have the same First Amendment rights as people, our democracy entered a scary new world.

Now, if ExxonMobil, Halliburton, or any other corporation wants to defeat a senator for re-election, they can literally spend any amount of money. There are no limits.1

That's why we're launching a major new effort to root out corporate influence in Washington and make sure our elected officials start listening to Main Street instead of Wall Street.

We'll kick it off big, with hundreds of parties around the country on March 27th and 28th to watch Capitalism: A Love Story, Michael Moore's documentary about the financial crisis. There's no better example of what happens when we let corporations run roughshod over our democracy, and it's a really funny and important film.

We know from experience that MoveOn members love to get together for movie nights like this one, but we need someone to sign up to host a party in Inwood. It's easy to do and we'll tell you everything you need to know. Click here if you can help out:

http://pol.moveon.org/event/events/create.html?action_id=206&id=19429-10220574-dN3eUMx&t=3

Movie parties are a great way to get together with other progressives in your community, meet new people, eat some cookies (or other goodies), and talk about how we can make a difference together.

Capitalism: A Love Story is a fascinating documentary about how the global financial crisis happened, and who's to blame. And like all Michael Moore movies, it's really funny.

Along with the movie, we'll discuss what we can do together to fight the influence of banks and other big corporations in Washington. But someone needs to take the first step: Can you host a movie party in Inwood?

http://pol.moveon.org/event/events/create.html?action_id=206&id=19429-10220574-dN3eUMx&t=4

Need 3 calls from Inwood

Calls needed from Inwood: 3

Dear MoveOn member,

By next week, health care reform could be law—but the House is still a few crucial votes short.1

Right-wing health reform opponents are hammering Congress this week2—so every single representative needs to hear from voters in favor of real reform right away.

We've set a goal of making 3 calls to your member of Congress, Carolyn McCarthy, from people in Inwood before the vote—can you pick up the phone and make a call right now?

Representative Carolyn McCarthy
Phone: 202-225-5516

Killing health care?

Member Vote Results:

83% Support

"Should MoveOn support or oppose the final health care bill if it looks like the plan recently proposed by President Obama?"

Dear MoveOn member,

Health care reform is in serious danger in the House of Representatives: with a handful of conservative Democrats wavering, we don't yet have the votes to pass the final bill.1

So we're asking every MoveOn member: will you pledge to support progressive primary challengers to House Democrats who side with Republicans to kill health care reform?

With the big vote happening as early as this Friday, Conservative Democrats need to know the stakes if they choose to side with Big Insurance over the voters on health care reform. Our pledge will send that message loud and clear. We'll publicize the amount pledged, and make sure the media and every wavering representative know about it.

Will you join the Health Care Accountability Pledge right now? You don't have to enter your credit card information. Just click on an amount below:

Pledge $25

Pledge $50

Pledge $100

Pledge $200

Pledge another amount

The final health care package being crafted is far from perfect—and we'll keep fighting together for improvements. But in our member vote this week, 83% of us voted to support the President's proposal because it would expand coverage to millions and curb insurance companies' abuses that hurt regular Americans.2

But with some House Democrats wavering under pressure from Republicans and Big Insurance, the health care bill is in grave danger.

That's why the Health Care Accountability Pledge—a step we don't take lightly—is critical.

Thousands of us pledging together will send a signal that conservative Democrats can't afford to ignore. Just look at the results of our Senate pledge: Back in the fall when a handful of conservative Democrats were holding health care hostage in the Senate, MoveOn members pledged to support a primary challenge against these senators. And two weeks ago, we made good on that promise, raising over $1 million for Bill Halter, a progressive primary challenger to Senator Blanche Lincoln.

It only works, though, if we all pledge. So click below and let us know how much you want to pledge—and then forward this note to your friends and ask them to pledge, too.

http://pol.moveon.org/hc_house_fund/survey.html?t=2&id=19369-10220574-SEl88kx&t=7

Hey, you're in this video

Dear MoveOn member,

Fox host Glenn Beck has gone to ridiculous lengths to attack President Obama, progressive leaders—even the idea of progressivism itself.

But now he's taken it one step further: Beck has gone after YOU. (Or at least, that's what our fun new video makes it look like.)

Check out the video to see yourself as the center of an out-there Glenn Beck conspiracy theory—then pass it on to all your friends.
