Right now: March on Wall Street

Dear MoveOn member,

Exciting news! Literally at this moment, thousands of people are marching on Wall Street to deliver a clear message to the big banks and the politicians who protect them: We're mad as hell and we're not going to take it anymore.

This is a particularly critical moment because in Washington, the Senate is debating the big Wall Street reform bill. Every senator is deciding how far to go in reining in the big banks who tanked our economy.

If you're reading this, you're probably not marching right now. :-)  But you can still join our virtual "march"—right from your desk—and make your voice heard.

Click below to check out live reports from the scene and to join the virtual march:

At the virtual march, you can:

  • Check out live video and a live blog from the march site.
  • Make sure the march's message reaches Washington by letting your senators know we need strong Wall Street reform.
  • Talk to other virtual marchers, let them know why you're marching, and interact with folks at the march.
Check out the scene on Wall Street and add your voice here:

Thanks for all you do.
