Rep. Meeks: Impeach, convict, and remove Donald Trump!

Congress is back in Washington, D.C., and we're flooding members' offices with phone calls this week, so that they hear loud and clear that it's time to impeach, convict, and remove Donald Trump from office.
Dear MoveOn member,

Congress is back in Washington, D.C., and we're flooding members' offices with phone calls this week, so that they hear loud and clear that it's time to impeach, convict, and remove Donald Trump from office.

A majority of Democrats in Congress, including Representative Gregory W. Meeks, have come out for the impeachment inquiry.

Here's where to call:
  • Rep. Meeks - (202) 225-3461

The evidence is clear about Trump's crimes and abuses—which is why a majority of Americans now favors his impeachment and removal from office. Now that the tide has turned, the White House is running scared and refusing to cooperate with the investigation by ordering executive branch officials not to cooperate. That is, in itself, grounds for impeachment.1 But only if Congress continues to push forward.

Congress has the power under the Constitution to move impeachment forward—whether or not the Trump White House cooperates. This includes the power to fine or even jail Trump officials who refuse to cooperate.2 And Trump's obstruction should make Congress' role even more clear. That's why we're flooding Congress with calls all week to demand that every member of the House and Senate act on behalf of the American people and do all they can to impeach, convict, and remove Trump from office.

Can you call today? Here's where to call:
  • Rep. Meeks - (202) 225-3461
