Dear MoveOn member,
Over the past eight weeks, MoveOn members like you have worked tirelessly to call voters—making more than 6.7 million calls before the election was all said and done. Regardless of last night's outcome, we know we gave it our all.
Tonight at 8:30 p.m. ET (7:30 CT / 6:30 MT / 5:30 PT), I hope you'll join a special debrief call to talk about the work MoveOn members like you did, what went well, and what we can do better in the next election. There will be time for questions and ideas. Your experiences as our most active MoveOn election volunteers will shape future election programs.
Will you join this important debrief call with Anna Galland, MoveOn Civic Action's executive director, to share what you think about the work we did together?
There are a number of ways to analyze the outcome of last night's election. But here's what we know definitively about the effort MoveOn members put forth:
- Thousands of MoveOn members made more than 6.7 million calls to voters in key states.
- Just shy of 100,000 "unlikely" voters pledged to vote.
- Our calling system enabled us to reach an unprecedented number of people.
- Hundreds of MoveOn members stepped up into new leadership roles, helping to train and support other members during our massive GOTV program.
I hope you'll join us. Click here to RSVP.
Thanks for all you do.
