More than 50 members of Congress, including myself, are encouraging Attorney General Jeff Sessions to recuse himself and appoint a special prosecutor for the Department of Justice's pending investigation into contact between Donald Trump's team and Russian intelligence operatives.¹

As an adviser to the Trump campaign, Sessions is too close to the situation.
