Our announcement on Rachel Maddow last night

On her show last night, Rachel Maddow announced MoveOn's plan for a nationwide day of action this Thursday—200 events so far and counting—to demand that Attorney General William Barr immediately release the full Mueller report and supporting evidence.

Dear MoveOn member,

On her show last night, Rachel Maddow announced MoveOn's plan for a nationwide day of action this Thursday—200 events so far and counting—to demand that Attorney General William Barr immediately release the full Mueller report and supporting evidence.1

There is still so much that we do not know about the results of special counsel Robert Mueller's investigation into Russia's interference into the 2016 election and Donald Trump's obstruction of justice. The only thing that we have is a summary of the report from Barr, who was hand-picked by Trump for the job of attorney general precisely because of his repeated public condemnation of the Mueller investigation.

We MUST keep up the pressure—and that means, in collaboration with the Nobody Is Above the Law Coalition, both taking to the streets and ensuring that Democrats in the House use every tool at their disposal, including subpoenas, to get the full report.

We need to raise $150,000 in the next 48 hours to secure stages and sound equipment for flagship events, set up livestreaming, rush rally signs to volunteer hosts, and much more.

Can you chip in $3 right now to help us pull off 200 events across the country on Thursday? Click here now.

Thanks in part to grassroots pressure, Mueller's team was able to finish their work, but Barr and the White House are now preventing it from seeing the light of day. And that's unacceptable.

Two weeks ago, the House of Representatives voted 420-0 to demand the release of the Mueller report.2 That's right. Every single Republican in the House who voted, even Tea Party Republicans, called for releasing the report. But it still hasn't happened. And, so, it's beyond time to show our collective outrage.

Since Trump's inauguration, MoveOn members have mobilized like this again and again: against his attempts to rip health care away from millions of Americans, his cruel policy of family separation, his appointment of Brett Kavanaugh to the U.S. Supreme Court, his declaration of a fake national emergency after his 35-day government shutdown over his racist border wall, and more.

We keep taking local action together across the country, because big public actions like these work. They show members of Congress who are stepping up to do the right thing that we have their back, encouraging them to pursue the full truth and accountability. Our protests on Thursday will show the media that the American people—and nearly 80% of Americans want the full report released—aren't backing down. And most importantly, our collective action will show Trump and Barr that there will be pushback to their attempts to stonewall and subvert the investigation.

This is how we show our true grassroots people power. But time is short, and we urgently need your help to pull off these 200 events on Thursday. Will you chip in now?

Yes, I'll chip in $3 now to make sure that Thursday's events show the people in power exactly what they are up against—us.

Thanks for all you do.
