On Monday, elections predictions wizard Nate Silver said that Trump's odds of winning the election were "about the same chance as the Chicago Cubs have of winning the World Series."1
The Chicago Cubs—in a history-making game 7 win last night—are now the World Series champions.
That should be a wake-up call for everyone—Trump could actually still win this election. The last time the Cubs won, women did not have the right to vote. Now, we have the chance to elect the first woman President of the United States if we can get as many people as possible to vote against hate—and for Hillary Clinton. That’s where you come in.
Our Text Team is turning out volunteers in every swing state to talk to voters in these final, critical days. Will you sign up for as many text message recruitment shifts as you can, including on Election Day?
The number of MoveOn members RSVPing to our door to door canvasses and calling voters in key states climbs higher every day because of MoveOn members like you.
In elections, as in baseball, it ain't over 'til it's over. We have five days left to do everything we can to talk to voters in key states who will decide Tuesday's outcome.
When polls are this close, it all comes down to voter turnout. And wherever you live, whether you have five minutes or five days to give, you can help turn out progressive voters, affect the outcome of this election, and change the course of history.
Thanks for all you do.

P.S. The Text Team training is short and simple—you can be up and texting in no time if you start here.
