I'm the host of our "Yes We Can!" party, and I can't wait for you to join me tomorrow to help stop the Republican takeover of Congress.
I also have some exciting news: We're going to kick off our party with a special video message from Senator Al Franken! Senator Franken knows all about close elections and the importance of voter turnout—he won in 2008 by 312 votes. At our party, we'll call MoveOn members who live in an area where the race could also come down to just 312 votes. Every volunteer we recruit helps level the playing field for Democrats against corporate front-groups spending millions to buy the election—that's why I'm counting on you to be there tomorrow.
Here are the details for our party:

Some final reminders before you come over:
Bring your cell phone and charger. We're making calls to other MoveOn members. I'll take care of printing materials. Your biggest responsibility is bringing yourself and a cell phone if you have one. (If you don't have one, let me know so I can help find an extra one for you.) Bring your phone charger in case your battery gets low, and bring an extra phone if you can.
Invite a few friends. Go to our party page to invite friends to join you at my party. From this page, you can also update your sign-up information or contact me. Just make sure that anyone you get to join you RSVPs online. You can also invite friends through Facebook and Twitter! Click here to invite a friend or two:
Wear or bring your favorite "Yes We Can!" gear from 2008 (if you'd like)! We need all the help we can get, so bring anything that will boost the "Yes We Can!" spirit of our party.
See you tomorrow,
