Thanks again for joining the MoveOn Text Team. With the final presidential debate behind us and just two weeks out to Election Day, we’re texting tens of thousands of MoveOn members every day to make sure Donald Trump is defeated in a landslide.
But if we're going to keep up with our growing number of events—and recruit members call voters as well—we need to double the number of shifts we had today by Wednesday.

Text Team members recruited other MoveOn members in swing states to 325 neighborhood canvasses last weekend—and this weekend, it’ll be nearly 700. Plus, not only are we texting members to get them out to those events to speak face to face with voters—we're also texting members in other states, and inviting them to phone swing voters.
Text message recruitment has become our single best strategy for getting our members out to events. Now that we’re in the final stretch, the work that you do on this team could be essential.

Trump's predatory and potentially criminal behavior toward women and his fact-free accusations of rampant vote-rigging in "certain areas" (a racist dog whistle for his supporters) are all the more reason to beat him and beat him in a landslide.
We're two weeks away from electing our country’s first ever woman president and putting into the action one of the most progressive Democratic platforms in decades. And a major boost in voter turnout could help us take back the Senate too.
