UPDATE: Remove Nunes immediately

Will you sign and share the petition demanding that Rep. Devin Nunes be removed from the House Intelligence Committee?

Dear Eddie,

Three days ago, MoveOn filed a federal ethics complaint with the House Office of Congressional Ethics against Representative Devin Nunes—a member of Donald Trump's transition team and chairman of the House Intelligence Committee—for "violating the Espionage Act and the Rules of the House by disclosing classified information without the authorization required by House Rules or any other proper authorization."1

And just yesterday, The New York Times reported that two White House officials gave Nunes access to the classified information he then shared with Trump.2

Will you sign and share the petition asking for Rep. Devin Nunes to be removed from the House Intelligence Committee and for an investigation into ties between Trump's team and Russia to be conducted? Click here to add your name.

We just crossed 200,000 signatures and want to have more than a quarter million before we deliver your signatures to House leadership.

Thanks for all you do.

Dear fellow MoveOn member,

Last week, U.S. Representative Devin Nunes—a member of Donald Trump's transition team and chair of the House Intelligence Committee—disclosed possible information about alleged White House surveillance to members of the press and the White House, prior to sharing it with members of his own committee.1 Additionally, the day before Rep. Nunes addressed the news media about these claims, he held a secret meeting at the White House with the source of the allegations.2

This is partisan obstruction of justice.

Will you sign and share my petition to Speaker of the House Paul Ryan and House Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy demanding that Rep. Nunes be removed from the House Intelligence Committee?

We the people demand that Devin Nunes be removed from the House Intelligence Committee. We demand a special prosecutor and an independent investigation!

The interests of our country are being threatened by partisan politics. Rep. Nunes appears to be in collusion with Trump to protect him from the investigation into his campaign's ties to Russia.

Kick Rep. Nunes off the House Intelligence Committee and demand a special prosecutor to lead an independent investigation!

Click here to add your name to this petition, and then pass it along to your friends.

Thanks!
