Sweet deal: Win an ice cream party—and a new Congress

It's Ben Cohen, your fellow MoveOn member and humble ice cream maker

Dear Eddie,

I've been traveling around the country to join MoveOn members and help seven of the best progressive candidates running for Congress. In Iowa, Illinois, Ohio, and California, we've scooped out ice cream while working with local MoveOn members to serve up a vision for a better tomorrow—and MoveOn members are inspiring us from coast to coast!

It's why we know that you all can inspire voters to turn out and why it's so critical we all join the tens of thousands of MoveOn members taking action and talking to voters.

Can you join a MoveOn voter turnout "Wave" event in Queens on Saturday at 1 p.m.? Click here to learn more and sign up now.

Can't make that one? No worries! There are more Wave events between now and Election Day! Sign up for any of them and be entered to win a custom, handmade-by-me pint of ice cream!

Tuesday at 2:45 p.m.

Tuesday at 5:45 p.m.

Bonus: If you sign up for a shift between now and Election Day, you'll be entered into a contest to win a pint of ice cream that we've whipped up in support of seven of the dynamic candidates we've endorsed. That's right, seven lucky winners could end up with a limited-edition pint of "Jess King's Care-for-all Caramel" or "Aftab Pureval's Compassion Passion"—and we'll all be winners if we end GOP control of Congress.

Just imagine a new slate of champions in Congress fighting for big ideas like Medicare for All, debt-free public college, getting Big Money out of politics, and fighting voter suppression.

And imagine these progressive champions replacing Republican incumbents who are fueled by bigotry and billionaires and who are complicit in the white supremacist incitement of the Trump administration.

As we traveled from district to district, we saw firsthand the incredible difference MoveOn members make when we show up and help get out the vote for a candidate. A strong showing of MoveOn volunteers in these final days may make the difference between a forceful check on Trump (hooray!) and continued GOP control of every branch of government.

What do you say? Can you join MoveOn members at a voter contact event in Queens on Saturday at 1 p.m.? There are events nearly every day for the next four days.

Hope you can help us to a sweet victory on Tuesday!

Thanks for all you do.
